I am Kimberly Castillo, owner and operator of Kimberly's Keto Cakes.

My baking history begin in North Louisiana in my grandmother's kitchen. During the holidays she would bake her well known banana nut bread and the community loved her banana bread. I was always delighted to be my grandmother's assistant.

I began eating a Ketogenic diet with my mom and to avoid diabetes. My mom sent my husband and I a recipe for a Keto Mug Cake and it was quite enjoyable.

Soon after that, Kimberly's Keto Cakes was born. We offer Keto, sugar free cakes, donuts, cookies, cinnamon rolls. and low carb breads.

All of our products are made fresh to order with love from our Cottage Industry Bakery located in Carrollton, Texas.
